I would give 0 stars if I could I have an emergency and have been going to and contacting the office all week and no one has fixed anything They just dont care They dont seem willing to help you Im really disappointed because Im paying a lot for rent

Sun Villa is placed inside a larger 55+ community with a golf course, and various other activities.We feel secure here since we are behind a gate and there's a guard.Take note: there are problems living here - it's not flawless...but do you recognize any complex/HOA where they don't have issues? Sun Villa isn't appropriate for everybody. If parking your vehicle in a covered spot is essential, this isn't the place for you.
