	PLAZA APARTMENTS I (1.8/5) (816) 425 - 1591 7777 HOLMES RD , KANSAS CITY , MO 64131 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted total apartment units: 126, assisted housing category: subsidized - previously insured, contract term: 240 months, sec 8 nc , between 101% & 120% fmr, 1bed kcs jnc (2.1/5) There way only even if you didnt do something. But its ok for drunks to party hard in the parking lot. Thursday June 17th, Phyllis finally called me back and I explained that I had been trying to reach her and she said she saw a note so arrangements were made for me to finish the apartment on Sunday June 20, 21. I arrived at the apartment that Sunday to find that the locks had been changed and no staff on-site, so I instantly called and left a detailed message, thinking someone would call me first thing Monday morning. I didnt hear anything back on Monday morning so I called and spoke with Elmer and I asked to speak with Phyllis and he said she wasnt there so I asked when did he expect her back in the office because I had an emergency situation. Elmer didnt want to tell me when Phyllis would be available and became VERY MEAN, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and VERY UNHELPFUL like he always was each time I called prior to speak with Phyllis! Elmer said WHY YOU JUST NOW AT 10:35 ABOUT THIS and I said I called right after I realized the locks had been changed on me and that there was no staff on-site! He told me Phyllis said you finished up yesterday and that the apartment had been TRASHED( locks were changed) so I couldnt finish up like Phyllis and I discussed then Elmer hung up in my face and when I called back and asked him if he hung up ( he said what do you think)! The staff at Victoria Arms is the Most RUDE, HATEFUL, CRUEL and INSENSITIVE people Ive ever came across, Is this how we treat A Human Being who was only trying to take care of her deceased sisters personal belongings?
