My sister lived here for several years and passed away a few weeks ago Phyllis the manager on site said I had 14 days after the first of the month any additional time if needed to clean out my sisters apartmentnI got pretty overwhelmed with funeral My sister lived here for several years and passed away a few weeks ago Phyllis the manager on site said I had 14 days after the first of the month any additional time if needed to clean out my sisters apartmentnI got pretty overwhelmed with funeral arrangements and taking care of my sisters business and just busy life itself but I stayed in contact with Victoria Arms staffI left several messages with Elmer in the office along with a few voicemails but never got returns calls from Phyllis until she felt like calling me back Thursday June 17th Phyllis finally called me back and I explained that I had been trying to reach her and she said she saw a note so arrangements were made for me to finish the apartment on Sunday June 20 21 I arrived at the apartment that Sunday to find that the locks had been changed and no staff onsite so I instantly called and left a detailed message thinking someone would call me first thing Monday morning I didnt hear anything back on Monday morning so I called and spoke with Elmer and I asked to speak with Phyllis and he said she wasnt there so I asked when did he expect her back in the office because I had an emergency situation Elmer didnt want to tell me when Phyllis would be available and became VERY MEAN RUDE DISRESPECTFUL and VERY UNHELPFUL like he always was each time I called prior to speak with Phyllis Elmer said WHY YOU JUST NOW AT 1035 ABOUT THIS and I said I called right after I realized the locks had been changed on me and that there was no staff onsite He told me Phyllis said you finished up yesterday and that the apartment had been TRASHED locks were changed so I couldnt finish up like Phyllis and I discussed then Elmer hung up in my face and when I called back and asked him if he hung up he said what do you think The staff at Victoria Arms is the Most RUDE HATEFUL CRUEL and INSENSITIVE people Ive ever came across Is this how we treat A Human Being who was only trying to take care of her deceased sisters personal belongings I knew the World was Cruel but not that Cruel Wheres the COMPASSION My rating wouldve been zero if it was a option more ... hide ...
