I am going to give you the 100 honest truth about this apartment complex as I have lived here for over a decade This apartment complex is run by an incompetent manager who has fired any good worker who ever worked here She gets insecure when someone I am going to give you the 100 honest truth about this apartment complex as I have lived here for over a decade This apartment complex is run by an incompetent manager who has fired any good worker who ever worked here She gets insecure when someone does a better job than her She is not a people person and she has support from a horrible company known as IPM Income Property management they only care about money not the relationship with the residents The building needs new carpet they need to put a darn security system in place to keep the wondering drug users from breaking in and waiting at the front door This building is in a beautiful location but it comes at a cost more ... hide ...

Great place to live in an excellent location Staff is extremely helpful too Megan and Justin are always there to answer your questions and Ive never had a maintenence issue go unanswered I cant think of a better place to live

When I needed more help than home care offered, I applied and was accepted into a Medicaid/Medicare-funded assisted living center (Macdonald Residence) about five years ago. Although independent living is ideal, if a person needs more help, this is the best option. For many of us, it is like having a family. Through the Maybelle Macdonald Center for Community, I have also met people living independently at Macwest.
