They r not going to get any better anytime soon this place is going to be under some major construction and when they do rebuilt it dont be surprise if the place gets trashed out again

Not worth the ONE STAR I Have been without hot water going on 3 weeks tomorrow When I call the office they said STOP CALLING UP HERE I feel the mgmt in the office their hand are tied by upper mgmt Sad situation

Wouldnt recommend them to anyone I live on the 5th floor of their office building When I first moved in it was cool but then everyone on my floor started moving out and all their roaches ran to my apartment They have literally taken over No matter wh Wouldnt recommend them to anyone I live on the 5th floor of their office building When I first moved in it was cool but then everyone on my floor started moving out and all their roaches ran to my apartment They have literally taken over No matter what method of roach spray traps nest killers or powder has lessened them Its crazy The hallway on my floor leaks every time it rains and is molded but when I said something about it being molded they said it wasnt and havent done anything to fix it Not only does it leak but the light fixture near the leak is so water damaged that it is hanging Looks like it will fall out if they dont fix it soon I regret moving here Hallways smell nasty and look nasty at times My faucet has been leaking for awhile now said they fixed it but still leaks more ... hide ...

OK I have been living in these apartments for well over a year and I can say that they are not worth the money I pay I stay on the bottom floor and I have bugs such as water bugs centipedes spiders and other little critters coming in due to the bad f OK I have been living in these apartments for well over a year and I can say that they are not worth the money I pay I stay on the bottom floor and I have bugs such as water bugs centipedes spiders and other little critters coming in due to the bad foundation but they claim they cant do anything I have seen bed bugs and my beds were brand new my air doesnt blow that cold the hallways are filthy and I have caught the homeless sleeping in our hallways and whatever else they have been doing My cars have been broken into and we have no access to getting in the back door to our building so we have to walk around to the front in the cold or the mid of night But they cant do anything about it But mind you they want their rent on time or they will charge you these outrageous late fees Mind you I pay regular rent no section 8 or low income I really am disappointed in these apartments and would not recommend these to anyone at this point I am a new Mom who doesnt feel safe from the outside more ... hide ...
