The apartments is worth no more than 450 a month The kitchens are outdated The up keep is full of it They have mice roaches and flies My toilet is stopped up once a week my balcony door wont close all the way and the screen wont stay on track because The apartments is worth no more than 450 a month The kitchens are outdated The up keep is full of it They have mice roaches and flies My toilet is stopped up once a week my balcony door wont close all the way and the screen wont stay on track because the person that stays above me floor is slanted which makes my balcony door slant The pool is leaking to the point they cant open it for the summer So not work the 675 for rent They cant keep a management crew because no one cares enough to do their job The owners of the complex should come see for their selves how the corners are being cut just to get people in Once your in the entire apartment falls apart SMH never again will I rent from this company I was better off in the ghetto more ... hide ...

My favorite thing about living there is the community of residents; many of them are close and look out for each other. Before Covid, we had a Common Room for ho Living at Winton House can be great, if you want it to be. Before Covid, we had a Common Room for hosting parties and gatherings, a TV room with a mini kitchen, a fitness room, and a path with benches that circles the building. Our Service Coordinator, Kim Schultz, works hard to keep us entertained during Covid. The landscape in front and behind the building is also lovely, with grass and trees. The apartments are typically clean and maintenance-free, and repairs are done promptly. Management is very thorough, although there are times when it feels like it is overworked. I gave it four stars for a couple reasons. The building is secure with locked doors, but some residents disregard the lease rules and let people in who don't belong. The second star I deducted is because when I moved in back in 2015, the former manager said Winton House would be getting cameras soon, but it still hasn't happened.
