Dont park your car here When you park you need to leave the car keys with them They will drain your car battery I parked for overnight parking and by the next morning I am back the car battery was dead The guy who parked the car left the car doors op Dont park your car here When you park you need to leave the car keys with them They will drain your car battery I parked for overnight parking and by the next morning I am back the car battery was dead The guy who parked the car left the car doors open which drained my car battery It was a real hassle to jump start and make the car running again The guy at the parking facility dont speak English he tried jump starting in a wrong way and some of my car computer fuses were gone After jump start all my computer screen was blackedout even though the car just startednnI dont even recommend anyone to park here and get in trouble Because of the parking facility I totally wasted one full day of my trip to NYnnTotally horrible parking location and had horrible experience with these guysnnGiven a choice I prefer to give a 5 Negative 5 rating for this parking facility more ... hide ...

I lived here 4 years and experienced up down After the building management company has changed to Greystar a year ago the service level has dramatically improved All service staffs are very kind diligent and you can expect smooth communication with I lived here 4 years and experienced up down After the building management company has changed to Greystar a year ago the service level has dramatically improved All service staffs are very kind diligent and you can expect smooth communication with them if there is something Elevator is still under being repaired and sometimes it takes a time but you can easily understand that it is a small issue if you move to Biltmore and enjoy the spectacle view of Manhattan from your room The view from river side room is really amazing It is just a 30 sec to Times Square so if you want to enjoy city life at the center of Manhattan Biltmore is one of the best apartments more ... hide ...
