None of us like change from standards were use to, but Landstar Park Apartments manages to adapt digital technologies to deliver tenant services quickly and efficientlyand very impressively !You would think, without in-person contact, property management services for residents would be made more difficult, but Landstar Park proves just the opposite.Krista, the property manager , responds to emails immediately to resolve any needs and concerns quickly and efficiently, and always with consideration of the residents needs.Of course, property managers are always available in-person if needed; you can always find the maintenance manager, Raul, on the Park grounds ( the signature amenity of Landstar Park ) working on upkeep. Raul is always a respectful gentleman and a committed professional willing to listen and best address resident concerns .The Park, in the center of the community, is a beautiful collection of different trees, shrubbery, well groomed landscaped grounds, a wide open lawn area with rod- iron benches, a safe and clean playground area for children, and a gazebo with tables to gather socially outdoors. There are other standard amenities at Landstar Park, but a beautiful private Park of your very own is a very unusual advantage and such a great asset, especially for young working families and children.Ive lived at Landstar Park for 5 years, and hopefully for many more. Its affordable, modern, safe, very clean, and one of the most accessible locations in Orlando.
