None of us like change from standards we€™re use to, but Landstar Park Apartments manages to adapt digital technologies to deliver tenant services quickly and efficiently€”and very impressively !You would think, without in-person contact, property management services for residents would be made more difficult, but Landstar Park proves just the opposite.Krista, the property manager , responds to emails immediately to resolve any needs and concerns quickly and efficiently, and always with consideration of the resident€™s needs.Of course, property managers are always available in-person if needed; you can always find the maintenance manager, Raul, on the Park grounds ( the signature amenity of Landstar Park ) working on upkeep. Raul is always a respectful gentleman and a committed professional willing to listen and best address resident concerns .The Park, in the center of the community, is a beautiful collection of different trees, shrubbery, well groomed landscaped grounds, a wide open lawn area with rod- iron benches, a safe and clean playground area for children, and a gazebo with tables to gather socially outdoors. There are other standard amenities at Landstar Park, but a beautiful private Park of your very own is a very unusual advantage and such a great asset, especially for young working families and children.I€™ve lived at Landstar Park for 5 years, and hopefully for many more. It€™s affordable, modern, safe, very clean, and one of the most accessible locations in Orlando.
