Edit Rental Inquiry I�m looking for a 2 bedroom house with a yard and accept a dog. I have to move from my place now because the new owner missed 2 inspections and will not fix the repairs in my unit. Rent Assistance will not renew my lease. I have to be out of my unit by October 31, 2021 and into a new unit by November 1, 2021 or I�m going to have to by the full amount of rent. I would also like to move into a unit that will not be sold. I have moved twice in 8 years because the landlord sold the building

The organized social events play a huge role in that as well as the SSS team.The main reason we chose SSS is because of all the building amenities and proximity to the stores below. I grew up in San Diego and I dont know how to survive winters. Thankfully, Ill rarely need to leave the building. I get my hair cut and lashes done at Roots Salon and exercise from Orange Theory. If I need to leave our apartment for new scenery, there are several community rooms that are always clean and ready to use!In terms of the overall neighborhood, Tosa Village is great. There are so many events going on all the time.
