This is the first apartment Ive ever lived in that charged me for cleaning 200 and carpet replacement 1400 after moving out Only spent a year there Its a nice enough spot in town to live but this place is too expensive for whats provided

The amenities are great with a gym and free coffee Unfortunately the building was built with bad sound proof so you can always hear your upstairs neighbors walking aroundnnI have never experienced such crazy disturbances from any other apartments Eve The amenities are great with a gym and free coffee Unfortunately the building was built with bad sound proof so you can always hear your upstairs neighbors walking aroundnnI have never experienced such crazy disturbances from any other apartments Everyday during the day I hear all of their footsteps but especially at night from 9pm to 1am when I need to study and sleep I can hear the people upstairs actually running and stomping from chasing around with their dog it really feels like the ceiling is going to fall off I can even clearly hear the dog barking This is so constant and extremely disturbing that I will definitely consider not living in this apartment complex next year if not on the top floor more ... hide ...

My husband and toddler and I moved to SSS in June and we love it so far We moved from California due to my husbands job and didnt know a single person in this city However we were able to make friends in the first few days I am so thankful for the ki My husband and toddler and I moved to SSS in June and we love it so far We moved from California due to my husbands job and didnt know a single person in this city However we were able to make friends in the first few days I am so thankful for the kind and caring people that make our diverse SSS community The organized social events play a huge role in that as well as the SSS teamnnThe main reason we chose SSS is because of all the building amenities and proximity to the stores below I grew up in San Diego and I dont know how to survive winters Thankfully Ill rarely need to leave the building I get my hair cut and lashes done at Roots Salon and exercise from Orange Theory If I need to leave our apartment for new scenery there are several community rooms that are always clean and ready to usennIn terms of the overall neighborhood Tosa Village is great There are so many events going on all the time I personally love the Saturday farmers market Le Reve Cafe Hollander Loup and Kin sushinnWe are so grateful to choose SSS as our home more ... hide ...
