Sad this is the worst place to rent from they want fix anything most of them are in a wheelchair and cannot get down to the door they want fix the doorbells the intercom doesnt work its been out for almost a month

I grew up in San Diego and I dont know how to survive winters. Thankfully, Ill rarely need to leave the building. I get my hair cut and lashes done at Roots Salon and exercise from Orange Theory. If I need to leave our apartment for new scenery, there are several community rooms that are always clean and ready to use!In terms of the overall neighborhood, Tosa Village is great. There are so many events going on all the time.
