I was really impressed by the way they worked with me throughout the application process and they were never irritated with me. I stayed in touch with them for eight weeks (the amount of time it took for my application to be processed) and Nell would keep me informed about the status of my application, always being polite. When I was approved eventually, I realized that this property should have been the first one I looked at! Blair and Lucia were extremely helpful and made sure I didn't miss anything in my apartment. The outside and inside of the building are kept in outstanding condition. My apartment was far more attractive when I saw it in person than in the photos. Whenever my family visits, they remark how much like home the apartments are. My favorite thing about it is the large balcony, especially with children. I would highly recommend this place if you qualify, but I would advise you to apply as soon as you can, as the process can take a while. more ... hide ...

I applied here for an apartment they are income based so ofcourse i checked to make sure id be within the threshold they require i worked with nell a very nonchalant non caring woman who made me do various things to get all documents in i had everyth I applied here for an apartment they are income based so ofcourse i checked to make sure id be within the threshold they require i worked with nell a very nonchalant non caring woman who made me do various things to get all documents in i had everything i needed within a week an then 2 weeks later they needed more and eventually more paystubs were the first thing they ask for as with any apartment then employment verification which they act like they cant do it took them a month and a half of giving me vary vague answers to today of writing this to tell me im over qualified ie make to much to stay here i need to move at the end of june an it took them all this time to tell me something like that and it not be true i believe they are racist and dont really want to help nell needs to be fired she doesnt care to explain how im over qualified nor will they show proof or verification that i am they just want me to believe their word no verified documentation this place should be sued more ... hide ...
