I wanted to commend the maintenance crew on responding to my work order in less than 24 hours I submitted the request that night and the next morning they were knocking at the door They were efficient and courteous

I find that the messages are late sometimes but it is to hard for me right now to come in the main building The only time I was in the main building was when I signed my first lease for move in Also I have not had any plants in my front flowerbed for I find that the messages are late sometimes but it is to hard for me right now to come in the main building The only time I was in the main building was when I signed my first lease for move in Also I have not had any plants in my front flowerbed for 2 years now Everyone else has something in front but not mine and I pay full rent every month Also the recent increase in rent is helping Mariposa but 16000 more as month seems extreme I know the cost of living is on the rise everything has increased in price except my monthly check But no worries if the rent keeps rising like this I will soon be able to apply for discounted rent I think the new management is doing a good job I hear less complaints from some of the residents I think there are to many texts that you send get canceled or rescheduled to another date and I know that happens but lately a lot The increase in maintenance had helped a lot and more is getting done and it is looking better Overall a goodjob more ... hide ...
