I recently had an incredible experience at these apartments due to Ms. Heaven's politeness and PROFESSIONALISM. Everywhere else I had tried to apply for income restricted apartments, I was rejected without any help. Ms. I recently had an incredible experience at these apartments due to Ms. Heaven's politeness and PROFESSIONALISM. Everywhere else I had tried to apply for income restricted apartments, I was rejected without any help. Ms. Heaven, however, was the first to show interest in wanting to help, even if we did not have rental history. She said that our application may still be considered. She gave us hope. We applied for a two bedroom because she said that there were no 3 bedrooms available, which was what we needed, but we were just appreciative of the chance to have a home. Trying to find a place to live with the rising costs of things is so difficult. We did not quite qualify anywhere. Ms. Heaven was very empathetic and I would highly recommend anyone to go to her for anything. I hope we get approved, but even if we do not, we are extremely grateful for her outstanding customer service. It is people like her that keep decency alive during the strenuous process of finding a place to live, no matter where it is. Some people assume that because we are of low income and have to apply for income restricted apartments, we must not have any education and treat us badly from the start. Nonetheless, many of us are college educated and have simply been unlucky in finding work in our major, or have been compelled to leave our country to search for a better quality of life. Thank you so much Ms. Heaven for all your attention.more ...hide ...

I find that the messages are late sometimes but it is to hard for me right now to come in the main building. The only time I was in the main building was when I signed my first lease for move in. Also I have not had any I find that the messages are late sometimes but it is to hard for me right now to come in the main building. The only time I was in the main building was when I signed my first lease for move in. Also I have not had any plants in my front flowerbed for 2 years now. Everyone else has something in front but not mine and I pay full rent every month. Also the recent increase in rent is helping Mariposa but $160.00 more as month seems extreme. I know the cost of living is on the rise, everything has increased in price except my monthly check. But no worries if the rent keeps rising like this I will soon be able to apply for discounted rent. I think the new management is doing a good job. I hear less complaints from some of the residents. I think there are to many texts that you send get canceled or rescheduled to another date and I know that happens but lately a lot The increase in maintenance had helped a lot and more is getting done and it is looking better. Overall a good.job.more ...hide ...
