I have been living at what is now referred to as the Ravello Apts for more than 11 years. The apartments were constructed for individuals of 55 years old and older as well as for Section 8. I was able to pay full rent of $760. a month. Now at 73, bec I have been living at what is now referred to as the Ravello Apts for more than 11 years. Now at 73, because of medical issues and age, I am unable to work. I attempted to apply for Section 8 but was told that if I wanted to remain here, I would not be approved and would have to move. Recently, I talked to Minda, the Apt Mgr., about the numerous work orders and the flood lights that have been out since last April 2020. Minda told me that the property owners are only interested in having a full occupancy and money in their pockets, so do not expect any repairs. I asked Minda why there was no notification to the ones living here regarding no more Section 8 and she told me that they are not required to inform anyone. I was told that sometime next year all tenants currently living here with Section 8 will be informed to look for a new place. Before this corporate party took possession, it was a well-maintained community. There used to be respectful office management, the office was always open, but now they arrive late, leave early, do not answer the phones, simply do not care. We pay rent and that includes getting repairs done in our homes. Why would you purchase this property if your intentions are to hurt elderly more ... hide ...

Nice place except the entrance gates are almost always open so its unsafe for the older residents also they need better lighting

Im 100 disabled I was not told the elevator was not working in the building they set me up in a apartment in They quoted me a price of 734 but changed it to 770 because they said the buildings in with elevators cost more for rent But from what I unde Im 100 disabled I was not told the elevator was not working in the building they set me up in a apartment in They quoted me a price of 734 but changed it to 770 because they said the buildings in with elevators cost more for rent But from what I understand almost all of us are disabled and the elevator hasnt worked in months They have roach infestation and still not taken car of Apartments arent made ready but they insist you sign the lease on line before they give you the keys to see the apartment When I got keys it was filthy stuff on counters and boxes from last tenant on balcony Have broken toilet seat blinds missing panels lights in oven and microwave do not work missing oven rack disposal need to be fixed and cleaned and floor in kitchen needs to be replaced They had 10 days before I moved in to get this list done and still have all the problems They have only 1 maintenance guy for all these apartments I have problems climbing stairs but they do not care They do not make it handicap accessible more ... hide ...

Love these apartments Everyone there is easy to work with and super friendly Its nice and quiet in the area as well but not too far from downtown in case you want to have some fun Its a great location overall and i highly recommend
