The bottom coil in my oven died and was replaced quickly. Other things in my apartment that have needed to be replaced have been done quickly. Just recently, the lights in the covered parking area have been replaced with brighter lights, which is fantastic. Just recently a person was doing touch up painting in the outdoor hallways. A couple outside lights had been vandalized and were replaced. Some of the signs in the outside hallways that display the apartment numbers have been recently replaced.
