No one will answer my calls email or requests for a tour

I was unable to grant a 5 star rating, as all places have room for improvement. Over the past three years, I've witnessed a few switches in managers and maintenance personnel, but the current staff is fantastic. Manager Jill/Jillian has taken charge, producing much-needed changes. There is still more to be done, but not all at once. For those who think she's too strict - try managing a property the size of Rosewood! It's not about being widely liked, it's about doing a job. You may not like her management style, but she has fulfilled her promises thus far. Ken, the maintenance manager, is a great man, and his work is conducted in an orderly and timely fashion.
