so i found out these apartments lied to me by telling me they dont accept section 8 and they are on the list still after i told them to contact joco housing to tell them they dont accept vouchers which legally they are supposed to do but they didnt r so i found out these apartments lied to me by telling me they dont accept section 8 and they are on the list still after i told them to contact joco housing to tell them they dont accept vouchers which legally they are supposed to do but they didnt remove their apartments so i contact a few friends just recently that work for the state and they told me i was lied to I was told by section 8 they accept disabled people then called them and was told they dont please call Johnson county housing authority and tell them we are loosing housing in Kansas due to opt outs and we also being lied to by the employees of apartments more ... hide ...

I found this property off of a apartment rental app stating that they had 12 bedrooms between 569800 available when i contacted the front office for viewing appointments an older woman answered the phone very snoby and rude i asked her about the apar I found this property off of a apartment rental app stating that they had 12 bedrooms between 569800 available when i contacted the front office for viewing appointments an older woman answered the phone very snoby and rude i asked her about the apartment prices and she gave me a price that did not match the ad I stated to her what the ad says on the website and she tried to argue with me when i asked to speak with a manager she stated she was and hunged up on me idk of these properties are privately owened but I suggest no body should rent from them very unprofessional and seems like a scam very disappointing more ... hide ...

Over the past three years, I've witnessed a few switches in managers and maintenance personnel, but the current staff is fantastic. We called once more and they told us these machines were all defective and they ordered more. Still, due to the difficulty of getting items, we waited for six months and heard nothing. Therefore, I called and asked for the $50/month I had been paying for the washer and dryer to be refunded. They proposed giving me a gift card (which I still haven't received a month later) to their laundry room (which is not pleasant). I didn't think it was right for me to give them money and receive a gift card in return, and we had not had the service for which we paid the entire time we were there. So I asked for a refund. They said I could get it on their card to the laundry room, but that was it. After yelling at them, they gave me a $50 credit, although I am now owed $500.
