At that point, they explained that they lacked the staff to fix the issue, which I could comprehend since it was during the pandemic. This dragged on for a long time, and after two months of having to do laundry at a friend's residence, it broke again. We called once more and they told us these machines were all defective and they ordered more. Still, due to the difficulty of getting items, we waited for six months and heard nothing. Therefore, I called and asked for the $50/month I had been paying for the washer and dryer to be refunded. They proposed giving me a gift card (which I still haven't received a month later) to their laundry room (which is not pleasant). I didn't think it was right for me to give them money and receive a gift card in return, and we had not had the service for which we paid the entire time we were there. So I asked for a refund. They said I could get it on their card to the laundry room, but that was it. After yelling at them, they gave me a $50 credit, although I am now owed $500. I have had a pleasant experience living at Lenexa Crossing; we've been here since 2018, and it appears the management has improved since then. It is conveniently located near highways, stores, and delicious eateries. It is conveniently located near highways, stores, and delicious eateries. We haven't had any issues with any of our neighbors either. Though our apartment needs to be renovated as the appliances are outdated, I'm confident that our apartment will be refurbished once we move out. The cost of living here is affordable and the rent does not rise drastically from year to year, usually only by twenty dollars or so, and there have been years where it didn't increase at all. The only negative aspect is the laundry situation, which is the fault of the contractor that owns and operates the washers and dryers in the shared laundry rooms. They are often out of order, and the company is slow to repair them, but the price still rises. Despite this, I would still recommend Lenexa Crossing based on my overall experience here. more ... hide ...

Its a fine place to live I like it here Things have gotten better lately I think they are taking the issues seriously and getting all things taken care of

I havent moved in yet and Ive been calling for days to get questions answered Ive even emailed and nothing its frustrating to know that Im not a resident yet and that they dont respond to potential residents
