I resided at Hillside Place from October 2019 to October 2020, wishing I had never agreed to the lease. I'm writing this review now because Hillside has continued to hound me for the last payment, though I already paid in November 2020. To add to it, when my refrigerator stopped working while I was living there, it took them over a week to contact me about a replacement. My air conditioning stopped functioning merely 8 days after that, so I kept calling the office to see if they were going to do anything, since I hadn't heard a word about the fridge. (It was peak pandemic so I couldn't go there in person.) They simply said, "Oh, we already ordered a new refrigerator, it's on its way." It would have been great if they'd actually relayed that information to me. Their solution for the A/C was to install a window unit for a day or two until they could repair the real problem. Unfortunately, I lived in one of the loft units on Riverside, with just those large floor-to-ceiling windows that didn't even open. So they left me without a fridge or A/C for days during the summer of the pandemic. I would strongly suggest living somewhere else rather than Hillside Place Apartments. If I could award zero stars, I would. more ... hide ...

Beautiful location really nice amenities absolutely phenomenal office staff who will go aboce and beyond to assist and really reasonable rates Would totally recommend

Ive been living here for a while now and I love it Every time I have a question or issue Shelly will get back to me that same day with answers the management is great My dog and I really enjoy our yard privacy and how peaceful it feels to live here
