Been here for 8 years with a disable girlfriend and have a child Maitence never come when its important like a fridge stops working or bathtube backup and never show up still waiting to get my fridge workers on

Her only response was for me to provide my 30 day notice if I wasnt happy with the condition of my apartment. She also is not allowing me access to my previous mailbox which she took my mailbox key before I was scheduled to turn in the key. I have asked multiple times to be notified when maintenance needs access to my unit however they fail to do so.
