Plus, the app doesn't show what the fees are for, so along with paying more than what was specified in the lease, you won't know what your money is going towards. There's a charge of $80-90 per month that I presume is for trash, but my biggest grievance is that I can't pay anything but the full $1,600, so I'm not able to split the payment with my roommate unless they first put the money in my account. It's as if the property owners are eager to get that $100 late fee, so they use the worst app imaginable and charge you for the displeasure. To top it off, the laundry facilities are horrendous, causing skin irritation and inflammation. Mariachi music blares until 4 AM and there is no parking, so if you're keen to pay too much, get worked up over the payment app and battle for a parking spot, this is the place for you – where someone else is getting rich without putting in the effort to create an easy-to-use payment app, and who refuses payment in any way other than through the app. more ...
