Their driver just left my home after loading the truck with the donated items I put on the driveway A good many of the boxes are marked fragile or glass to indicate to be careful with these boxes I do not know why I bothered I also do not know why Their driver just left my home after loading the truck with the donated items I put on the driveway A good many of the boxes are marked fragile or glass to indicate to be careful with these boxes I do not know why I bothered I also do not know why I didnt just take everything to the landfill after watching this young man literally throw all the boxes into the back of the truck I was so upset at seeing this that I did open the door and told him that there are a lot of breakable items in the boxes He did not acknowledge me other than to keep doing what he was doing and reply yepnnI am just sick at seeing how this was handled Despite the fact that I no long want or need these things I took care in packing the boxes carefully because I feel they still have value and I do care about them and donate them in hopes they will be needed or wanted by someone elsenI will never donate to The Arc again more ... hide ...

I guess they go through all the items and boxes take what they want and leave the restlooked like a mess in my driveway I would think twice before donating to this outfitwould of been easier to load up and drop at youth ranchgood luck

We have tried going through them several times for donations and only once have they actually picked up the items It is very frustrating putting everything outside and having it just sit there for 12 hours just to have to bring it back inside and end We have tried going through them several times for donations and only once have they actually picked up the items It is very frustrating putting everything outside and having it just sit there for 12 hours just to have to bring it back inside and end up taking it to a donations center anyways I feel bad for the other delivery drivers and mail carriers who have to step around the items poor customer service and they only offer help by scheduling you again for the next pick up which is usually another month or two later Will not be contacting them again more ... hide ...
