Horrible place to live Yes this is an old building but it is run down and management does NOT take care of it It is hard to reach management for issues and they do not upkeep the maintenance with units OR the exterior of the building which is also th Horrible place to live Yes this is an old building but it is run down and management does NOT take care of it It is hard to reach management for issues and they do not upkeep the maintenance with units OR the exterior of the building which is also the residents job as well and people who live here do not care People also steal packages here constantly so its smart to invest in an alternative way to receive anything you dont want someone else to get their hands on Ive had hundreds of dollars worth of things stolen by residents here People play loud disturbing music in their cars here day and night because they dont have respect for anyone else and also loud music in their units which you can hear through the walls AND the floors Theres limited good parking underground parking is very narrow and streets are frequently closed or crowded due to events downtown Overall if you can avoid it LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE if youre smart This place is trash more ... hide ...
