Yes this is an old building but it is run down and management does NOT take care of it. People play loud disturbing music in their cars here day and night because they dont have respect for anyone else, and also loud music in their units which you can hear through the walls AND the floors. Theres limited good parking, underground parking is very narrow, and streets are frequently closed or crowded due to events downtown. Overall, if you can avoid it, LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE if youre smart.
