I am awarding five stars for this review in regard to the new assistant manager here, Ashley Woods. When I initially moved in, the staff was so poor that I would have given the place a negative rating if that were possible. Ashley has already gotten me my mailbox keys, and I have seen maintenance come to my door twice to speak with me, although I was at work and missed them. This gives me hope that she is the one who can turn this badly managed apartment complex around. Keep up the good work, Ashley; I appreciate it. Since I cannot reply to the comment left by the Meridian North on my review, I am adding this edit and hoping it will be seen. Please take my compliment with a grain of salt as I am not satisfied with the staff in any way, apart from Ashley. Trying to get in contact with the office is a nightmare. I came today to collect my keys and after spending thirty minutes calling and being referred to the call center, I do not want to give the impression that living here is anything but a place to sleep at night, with the exclusion of the new assistant manager. more ... hide ...
