Ive lived here for a few month apartment is okay and location is greatnnHowever it is very hard to get in communication with the front desk unless you physically go in and it takes maintenance a long time in my experience at least 3 weeks to fill re Ive lived here for a few month apartment is okay and location is greatnnHowever it is very hard to get in communication with the front desk unless you physically go in and it takes maintenance a long time in my experience at least 3 weeks to fill requests unless its an emergencynnEdit changing from a 2 star to a 1 as this place is terrible to live in during the heat of the summer The AC does not work all that well but at least theres a pool to go to and cool off right NOPE its been closed all summernnAnd back to the maintenance it took 4 months to get our bathroom fan replaced and they left a huge hole in the ceiling I reached out about it several times only for no one to come out so just had to cover it myself Of the 6 apartments Ive lived in this was by far my least favorite experience and am so happy to moving out soon more ... hide ...

Its a cute place and me and my boyfriend enjoy it for what it was We even have a nice view and good balcony space Currently we still reside here but Im not sure Im going to renewnnHeres why Communication needs improvement Anytime wed call the front o Its a cute place and me and my boyfriend enjoy it for what it was We even have a nice view and good balcony space Currently we still reside here but Im not sure Im going to renewnnHeres why Communication needs improvement Anytime wed call the front office no one would pick up regardless of the hour It is to the point that me and my boyfriend know the only way to really talk to someone is to go to the office directly We have also had reported issues with our AC that have gone unnoticed by the office or maintenance We have even reported an animal living in the wall of the apartment building No one has even called back Dont expect much attention from the office let alone quickly I have even heard of people sending tickets only for office staff to deny half of them being madennI want to like this place more I really do But I cant stay somewhere where problems remain unresolved and communication is insufficient more ... hide ...

Good location and the apartments are decent in size free gym access is nice although the selection of weights and equipment is extremely low its way better than nothing The pool is really nice although Ive never gone in they always have a life guard Good location and the apartments are decent in size free gym access is nice although the selection of weights and equipment is extremely low its way better than nothing The pool is really nice although Ive never gone in they always have a life guard for little kids and I like that a lot The main issue has to be the cleanliness of the shared living areas Since living here our shared laundry room has never been cleaned and our hallway carpet also shared has been cleaned once They have said on previous reviews that they are cleaned 3x a month but that is not true whatsoever The door to my apartment building has been broken for about 6 months and nothing has been done I want to like living here but Im reminded every time I leave my apartment that we arent really being taken care of that well I would love to see that changednEdit forgot to add that the staff is generally very helpful and good at getting back to you with issues you have more ... hide ...
