If I could give zero stars I would. It is absurd how long it takes them to fix anything. I complained about a mouse infestation and the office did not help. When it rains, water somehow gets into my apartment in one area and yet again I received no support from the office. When I initially moved in, washers and dryers were part of the amenities; however, mine broke and I had to go nearly two and a half years without one and spending extra money at the laundromat. I repeatedly inquired to the office, but I was told this was not a major issue and that Hayes-Gibson would not replace them. I am unable to let my kids play outside due to people racing down the road without stopping at stop signs, large groups of unmonitored children damaging property, and fighting. At least two times a week, there is gunfire either between people or in the air. Lawn maintenance is seldom carried out. Going to the office to complain about anything is troublesome since the office staff (except for Ms. Carla) give me an attitude for wanting something fixed. The office is closed every Wednesday for what reason? Security is a joke. I have gone through different management changes and Hayes-Gibson is a joke and horrendous. Not to mention, office personnel are accepting money to move friends and family in without paperwork more ... hide ...

The apartment quick to ask for application fees and holding fees but cant guarantee you anything This place was a huge waste of my time No one ever return your calls
