The staff requested that I wait a few days, but I had driven four hours from Indianapolis with all my belongings, so I had nowhere to go. I was compelled to stay in the model apartment for three days, which was very difficult to manage with the fact that I had to start a new job the next day. It was also three weeks before I was given the key to my mailbox. I have never been able to get in touch with the staff via phone; I have left messages with my name and number, but they never called me back. The shared laundry room is awfully filthy, and the washing machine floods the room every time, while the dryer doesn't properly dry the clothes. The rent is increasing, and there have been no efforts to make living here better. The only thing I noticed was the addition of new mulch to the landscaping, which looks nice, but the parking lots are still filled with potholes, the washers and dryers are still broken, and you can't get ahold of the staff. This is just my experience with the apartment complex. Other people may have had a different experience, but I doubt it based on the other reviews I have read. more ... hide ...

To list a few of the issues: they gave me the wrong key on move in, lost their copy of my key multiple times and had to change the locks, and took three months to provide me with mailbox keys. The communal laundry room has caused flooding in my apartment, the hallway, and shared storage areas every time someone does their laundry. For months the carpet has been wet and instead of attempting to repair the plumbing, the staff just clean it. They blame the residents for the blockages, but do nothing to establish a permanent solution. Cannot provide a precise crime rate, but I suggest taking a look at the property's reported statistics. The latest problem is a mandatory bug bombing that was announced with a letter stating that all closets and kitchen cabinets must be emptied and animals removed from the home from 9 to 5. However, when I called the office, they said the letter was a mistake and that none of that was necessary and that we didn't even need pest control to come.
