Both my brother and sister have previously enjoyed their stay there Now that Im moving up to Monroe this complex was an easy first choice for residence Special accolades to Kendra who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the leasing process

The property managers are HORRIBLE! They keep attitudes and do NOT care about the property at all. Nor do they give a damn about there tenants. There is constantly people shooting, a man was pistol whipped in the parking lot. The police, AMR, & fire truck are constantly out there I dont see why they dont move in on the property. Roach infested. The maintenance people come to work for a check cause they sure as hell dont fix anything. Overall income based its not worth it. Its like walking into a lions den.
