I highly recommend Signature Place and would give it a 6th star if I could From my first tour with the manager Kelli was extremely helpful professional and always very quick to respond to text calls or email She made the lease signing process simpl I highly recommend Signature Place and would give it a 6th star if I could From my first tour with the manager Kelli was extremely helpful professional and always very quick to respond to text calls or email She made the lease signing process simple and everything was exactly as described Move in date was simple and every day since then has been a breeze Simple things like freon in the AC was done on the same day and a small leak in the kitchen drain was fixed within 2 hours of reporting it The complex is quiet and clean loud residents are dealt with and the neighbors are great If youre looking to rent in Monroe you absolutely cannot beat the value of Signature Place The only reason Im moving out is because Im moving to Houston If I ever find myself looking to rent in Monroe again this is the first and only place Id callnnIm rereading that and it sounds like a paid advertisement but its been that great of an experience in the 2 years I lived here more ... hide ...
