From the start of the relocation procedure to the end, they were accommodating, perceptive, and delightful. I did not have to fret about them not answering my calls or feeling like I was ignored. Once I arrived at the property in March, I knew I was in a home away from home. The atmosphere is unparalleled. It is clear why the accessibility is so restricted. I would never want to leave. It's like a holiday in one's own residence and a house on vacation. The ambiance is exceptionally hospitable. When you explain your needs and urgency to people, they should show sympathy, and then you sense an aura of humanity and that they are hearing. The staff at Wellington Point did exactly that. I rarely leave reviews on Google, but this was a must. After moving in, I was given a welcome basket and pizza. This kind of humanity and benevolence will truly make one tear up. We need more people like Misti, Brittany, TerryAnn, Felecia, Shelby, & Wayne in the world. To the staff: You all do an incredible job, thank you so much.more ...hide ...

I havent lived in an apartment in a few years so it made the transition back a breeze. Valerie the manager is absolutely hands down amazing! She understands the assignment of a property manager. Very consistent, dedicated and goes above and beyond to make sure what she said she would do, gets done! Veronica works in the office and every time I speak to her shes so polite and sweet and very patient. Her follow up is impeccable as well. This is the team you would want to run a property because although the property needs a lot of work, the staff from the manager all the way down to maintenance makes it easier to bare. The team sacrifice their own time and attention to what needs to be done! Kudos to an A1 team!more ...hide ...

When my Sister moved to Smyrna Towers, it was a non-profit and it had much better Security. This week my Sister showed me flier sent to all the residents regarding individuals living in the building drinking and doing drugs. In addition, these individuals according to the flier are also very loud after 11:00 PM and partying. There have also been issues with residents not wearing masks and congregating with no social distancing. Since there is no one between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM at the Front Desk monitoring security I am not sure what can be done?more ...hide ...
