I live here and I love it here Kathy is an amazing person she is always on top of things She always helps people out she understands kids and she makes sure everyone is doing ok All she expects is for you to succeed pay rent on time and follow all th I live here and I love it here Kathy is an amazing person she is always on top of things She always helps people out she understands kids and she makes sure everyone is doing ok All she expects is for you to succeed pay rent on time and follow all the rules Sarah is very understanding of any situation and expects the same as Kathy All the staff here are pretty great actually always helping people even if they are in the middle of doing something They either help you right away or they make it a point to come by that day when they are not super busy The park here is awesome for kids to play on Its pretty easy to do what you need to keep your place here The rules are not hard I am extremely grateful they helped me to where I was going to possibly be a homeless single mom on the street to now I am a single mom that has a place I can call my own and I have a job and I even got a van and my license and I am one test away from finally having my GED If it werent for me getting into this place I dont know if I would have been able to be where I am now more ... hide ...

I lived here for 8 and a half years and I loved it The landlord expects you to follow the rules but she is very responsive to your needs and involved in the CG community
