Tried to get housing and asked for help getting social security card and manager said I could come in and call social security and be on hold for a while when I tried to get apartment on my own was told because I had applied with a roommate I had to Tried to get housing and asked for help getting social security card and manager said I could come in and call social security and be on hold for a while when I tried to get apartment on my own was told because I had applied with a roommate I had to wait 90 days to reapply this seems discriminatory because I dont think everyone has to go through all this to get housing so why do I I am checking if there is legal recourse because I wanted to move here and manager was nice but was following cockamamie rules and crazy owners were not available for comment or they dont accept phone calls to get recommendations and make a complaint to Are they being shady or transparent you decide go apply more ... hide ...

Terrible place to live I have been living in these apartments for about 5 years now and let me just say when I first moved here I loved it however since then management has changed several times since the beginning of 2020 the current manager that go Terrible place to live I have been living in these apartments for about 5 years now and let me just say when I first moved here I loved it however since then management has changed several times since the beginning of 2020 the current manager that goes by the name of Jason has been harassing the tenents him and the so call maintenance man which I might add doesnt fix anything that is requested but they have the audacity to enter in our apartments snooping around going thru people personal items they dont send letters out and give notice of inspections or anything several tenents have reported items being missing from the apartments and have even walked in and caught Jason and the maintenance coming out of separate bedrooms unexpectedly with no excuse as to why they were there without notice also when you pay your rent the money orders all of a sudden come up missing and now you owe them I would not recommend these apartments simply because of mistrust of an inexperienced manager and they do not take care of the property at allDO NOT MOVE HERE more ... hide ...

Not a safe place to live My car was broke into several times and the trash on the grounds is just never ending Shootings and maintenance is a big problem Didnt get my deposit back after never being late on rent

This past year, we were hit with an enormous and unexpected rent hike of up to 25%, forcing us to seek new housing. We were stunned by the costly rise in rent, as we had considered ourselves "valued residents" for many years. They also manipulate the rent prices, altering them daily to line their own pockets. The property is in decline, with piles of trash scattered around, feral cats being fed by people, and apartments that offer low-end appliances and little in the way of modern comforts. I'm sure the management team will respond to this email with more false promises, but painting over the exterior won't change what Bluff View is becoming.
