I have lived in the Tempe area for the past four years and my favorite occupation by FAR was at the Residences on Farmer The staff has always been quick to respond eager to help and prompt to solve any issue brought to their attention The units thems I have lived in the Tempe area for the past four years and my favorite occupation by FAR was at the Residences on Farmer The staff has always been quick to respond eager to help and prompt to solve any issue brought to their attention The units themselves are sold at a very fair price with wood floors spacious rooms and able appliances an absolute bargain for the digs and the prime location right next to mill and in walking distance from ASU Brittany the building manager dedicates herself to making sure that your needs are being met and goes above and beyond to check back with you even after resolution The maintenance staff quickly and successfully fixed our washer within 24 hours and was so kind to us as residences always has a smile on his face I would suggest these apartments to anyone that values space a competent and kid staff and reasonable expenses living in the Tempe area We will miss the Residences dearly more ... hide ...

Minimal amenities no pool only a tiny gross gym Unacceptable noise levels with massive construction all around begins at 7 am each morning and right next to train tracks train comes by at all times 2 am 6 am Avoid at all costs
