However, the current AMC management is highly unprofessional; paperwork is always late and repairs take forever. The washing machines have been broke for a month, which is extremely inconvenient for tenants who have to pay for laundry elsewhere. Additionally, there have been homeless people living here and it's been a real mess. I wouldn't recommend signing a contract with this place; reviews are very important when choosing a place to live! more ... hide ...
