Rent went up over $150. Safe to say my fianc© and I moved out and are now living in a house for less than monthly rent at this dump. Contract states that BBQ grills are allowed on the property and the property manager who also lives on site called me and rudely told me to get rid of it. Wouldnt even let me explain what it stated in the contract she gave me and hung up. I looked up the city code and called the fire department to get the okay also. She also followed my friend who was simply leaving my apartment and his car was parked properly in the guest parking just to ask why he was there.
