I wish I could give this place a zero The apartments are DISGUSTING INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES The manger of the apartments doesnt care about the tenants and will tack on fees for any little thing They were charging me for stuff that I wasnt even awar I wish I could give this place a zero The apartments are DISGUSTING INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES The manger of the apartments doesnt care about the tenants and will tack on fees for any little thing They were charging me for stuff that I wasnt even aware of And the office lady is so Rude is crazy She has no respect and they are so unprofessional and unorganized This is the worst place to try and live They will not let you stay here comfortably If you have an issue in the apartment maintenance will barley even fix it or they will takes months to come and repair the problem Ive had clothes stolen from the laundrymat had my car broken into and my fathers car stolen Tenets that live around the playground come out and threaten the children playing outside for making noise the office does nothing about it more ... hide ...

These apartments have Roaches and a maintenance dont keep up with maintenance There is a lot of crime and cars getting broken into GHETTO Apartments

The community is gated and they do have covered parking, but I'm not sure if the pool is heated. Solar covers could provide year-round swimming, or solar panels could be utilized to heat the pool. This would also make the entire premises energy-efficient. It would be beneficial for the management to consider these ideas as they would likely never have any vacancies, and the solar installation cost would be recouped in a few years with the money they would make from the utility companies. more ... hide ...
