These apartments have always been bad but at least they were affordable The new owners hiked the rent up 600 and trust me they did not add enough value to the property to justify it Its a convenient location but find something else if you can

The community is gated and they do have covered parking, but I'm not sure if the pool is heated. Solar covers could provide year-round swimming, or solar panels could be utilized to heat the pool. This would also make the entire premises energy-efficient. It would be beneficial for the management to consider these ideas as they would likely never have any vacancies, and the solar installation cost would be recouped in a few years with the money they would make from the utility companies. more ... hide ...
