The property managers are HORRIBLE! They keep attitudes and do NOT care about the property at all. Nor do they give a damn about there tenants. There is constantly people shooting, a man was pistol whipped in the parking lot. The police, AMR, & fire truck are constantly out there I dont see why they dont move in on the property. Roach infested. The maintenance people come to work for a check cause they sure as hell dont fix anything. Overall income based its not worth it. Its like walking into a lions den.
