The apartment complex was a wonderful place to live until Linda Tugwell took over as property manager. Now the complex is filthy, has poor lighting in the parking lots. She plays favouritism to her friends at The Ridge Apartments. For example I had a vehicle parked there with dead tags as well as other residents. Myself and others we warned to bring the tags up to date or be towed. I had to spend money that I didnt really have to bring my tags up to date and a friend of hers at the apartment complex was allowed to go 2 more months without being towed. I did bring this to Linda Tugwells attention and she got angry and started making trouble for me. Parking around the building that I live in is quite limited and I often have to park at another building. The leasing office is very nice and includes an exercise room, a package room, and living room, and a small kitchen. The pool is great for swimming or just laying around (there are many reclining chairs and some tables too), and there are new amenities on the way. Overall, I enjoy living here. more ... hide ...
