Hunters Ridge is a great place to live overall the residents are very friendly and the staff responds to calls and maintenance requests promptly The amenities are fantastic the pool is nice and clean with plenty of tables and lounge chairs The dog pa Hunters Ridge is a great place to live overall the residents are very friendly and the staff responds to calls and maintenance requests promptly The amenities are fantastic the pool is nice and clean with plenty of tables and lounge chairs The dog park is a good size and the gym a nice variety of equipment although it is small It would also be nice if the sidewalks connected and there was a way to walk around the complex without being in the street There is also very limited parking if your unit doesnt have a garage or you dont pay for a carport spot However I would definitely recommend checking it out if you want a quiet spot thats in East Lansing but isnt right on campus more ... hide ...

Good place to live We moved in during transition of management and the new management staff are wonderful Maintenance responds quickly too Walls are somewhat thin so you can hear neighbors especially upstair neighbors but it is not too bad I have had Good place to live We moved in during transition of management and the new management staff are wonderful Maintenance responds quickly too Walls are somewhat thin so you can hear neighbors especially upstair neighbors but it is not too bad I have had similar experiences with other apartment complexes Parking around the building that I live in is quite limited and I often have to park at another building The leasing office is very nice and includes an exercise room a package room and living room and a small kitchen The pool is great for swimming or just laying around there are many reclining chairs and some tables too and there are new amenities on the way Overall I enjoy living here more ... hide ...

Management changed two weeks after we moved in last summer so we were a little nervous but the new management is great The location is great far enough from all the noise but close enough to amenities like shopping groceries and coffee The front off Management changed two weeks after we moved in last summer so we were a little nervous but the new management is great The location is great far enough from all the noise but close enough to amenities like shopping groceries and coffee The front office maintenance staff and our neighbors are all so nice Any requests are acknowledged and taken care of quickly and done right the first time Considering there are residents directly next to and above us it is extremely quiet These apartments and townhomes actually feel like a home Im grateful we found Hunters Ridge and are looking forward to staying here for the rest of our time in EL more ... hide ...
