The apartments are in a great location and are in fairly good condition, though some improvements are necessary. My son rented an apartment there, and he unfortunately didn't give the 60-day moving-out notice. The property management was unwilling to take this into account. As a result, I had to pay for a full additional month. On top of this, after he left (having only lived there for a short time, as he moved in with a friend soon after his lease began), the management charged me a variety of fees that not only took away my deposit, but also caused me to owe them $100. I tried to explain that my son had only lived there for less than a month and that it shouldn't have resulted in so many fees. I asked them to be flexible, but they didn't budge. I am incredibly disappointed in their treatment of me. I would never recommend this property to anyone I care about. more ... hide ...
