Five months have gone by, yet I am still forking out $726 for rent for a home I am not living in as they are having trouble finding someone else to qualify for Unit 112. It was not at all what I expected it to be. I believe the landlord should have been more candid about the Section 42 housing agreement rules as they were not clarified to me.
