My husband and I stayed there during our college years Susan was accommodating and very understanding of our situation They actually have a lot of small programs that benefit the senior citizens there which I thought was a nice touch We did have the My husband and I stayed there during our college years Susan was accommodating and very understanding of our situation They actually have a lot of small programs that benefit the senior citizens there which I thought was a nice touch We did have the room just above the front entrance and during winter times when it was really cold the pipes to our bathtub would freeze and wouldnt drain properly Though it was a slight inconvenience it really doesnt define my stay there I would definitely recommend any seniors andor students to live there Love that it was only a 10min walking distance to UW more ... hide ...

The landlord would reprimand me if I had too many visitors or if I let other people into the building. Although this place is perfect for families, it is not suitable for those in their twenties wishing to live a social lifestyle. Even though these apartments are Section 42, they are still very pricey. Five months have gone by, yet I am still forking out $726 for rent for a home I am not living in as they are having trouble finding someone else to qualify for Unit 112. It was not at all what I expected it to be. I believe the landlord should have been more candid about the Section 42 housing agreement rules as they were not clarified to me.
