They use master keys to enter apartments without permission and tell guests to leave when all tenants have the right to have visitors. To fight back against their mistreatment people should file a complaint with the Pennsylvania State Licensing Department and Harrisburg City Codes; they can also contact TV stations and join a class action lawsuit at Fair Housing Council on 6th & McClay Uptown. If an eviction notice is received don't let management intimidate you; use law they break themselves which will cost them money and reputation.
