Breeding from underground in large numbers, the management disregards their senior citizens tenants' civil rights. They use master keys to enter apartments without permission and tell guests to leave when all tenants have the right to have visitors. To fight back against their mistreatment people should file a complaint with the Pennsylvania State Licensing Department and Harrisburg City Codes; they can also contact TV stations and join a class action lawsuit at Fair Housing Council on 6th & McClay Uptown. If an eviction notice is received don't let management intimidate you; use law they break themselves which will cost them money and reputation. This apartment building is essentially like a prison for senior citizens as they try to keep residents in solitary confinement contrary to Pennsylvania Supreme Court rulings on Landlord Tenant Rights.more ...hide ...
