To fight back against their mistreatment people should file a complaint with the Pennsylvania State Licensing Department and Harrisburg City Codes; they can also contact TV stations and join a class action lawsuit at Fair Housing Council on 6th & McClay Uptown. If an eviction notice is received don't let management intimidate you; use law they break themselves which will cost them money and reputation.
