Love it here VERY quiet friendly neighbors and great amenities Couldnt ask for more

Save your time and money and look for a different home When I first moved in the management was amazing The new management is beyond rude and disrespectful Ive never had so many issues with an apartment When it came to maintenance I called when we fi Save your time and money and look for a different home When I first moved in the management was amazing The new management is beyond rude and disrespectful Ive never had so many issues with an apartment When it came to maintenance I called when we first moved in due to tub not draining The tub was full of hair and I was told from washing my hair As an African American woman I get my hair done and never used the shower to wash my hair So it was clearly not cleaned prior to having someone else move in Then My son who is Autistic had an emotion support animal and they went as far to call my sons Doctor after I gave them the note because they claimed the note looked funny This was after the maintenance followed me around until they say which house I lived in to report the animal when she was for my AUTISTIC son Ridiculous They shut the pool down and my kids did not have a chance to swim all summer and they do not make you feel like you are valued as a tenant It is not worth your mental health to deal with this place and 010 would not recommend more ... hide ...

I rented at York Hills apartments for three years from July 2018 July 2021 I paid a total of 36744 in rent on time every month for three years Upon moving out they charged me the value of my entire security deposit for their own maintenance costs rep I rented at York Hills apartments for three years from July 2018 July 2021 I paid a total of 36744 in rent on time every month for three years Upon moving out they charged me the value of my entire security deposit for their own maintenance costs replacing the 3 year old carpet for which I was charged 275 and a 25 oven cleaning see the attached photo They never updated anything in the unit it took at least a month for any issue to be fixed if they ever got fixed because they have one maintenance staff for 96 apartments I know it may seem like a good deal but I urge you not to rent at York Hills apartments Management is a joke the whole thing is a joke actually You will be disappointed and upset from the moment you step into their poor excuse for apartments until the moment you leave and probably for a few weeks after as well Research their owners CLK Multifamily Management out of Memphis TN everyone at their properties across the east coast agree they are abhorrent at what they do Save yourself the pain dont do what I did I gave them one star because zero wasnt an optionnnUPDATE 8521 I called management immediately after writing my previous review to communicate my thoughts and the charges below mind you this is four days 8121before the reply you read below was written Calling the interaction a discussion is probably the best joke Ive heard this year Manager Kathrine Johns refused to discuss anything with me all she actually did was berate me for about five minutes before hanging up on me In no way was I able to voice the extent of my concerns because I barely got a word in edgewise Upon the slightest criticism of the events detailed above I was subject to a Pandoras box of feverish replies on behalf of the manager Ironically google reviews are apparently the only way to get in touch with this office Gotta keep up appearances that youre a professional leasing office I guess She kept citing an industry standard as her reason for charging me for carpet replacement must have pulled that from the book of industry standards I suppose With no valid recourse or response to my criticismsproblems with the charges she resorted to iterating the same industry standard while becoming furious and hanging up in the flurry of her own chaotic response I struggle to understand the behavior or the response but best of luck to anyone in the future looking to have a rational conversation with management of York Hills regarding an issue more ... hide ...

York Hills Apartments is all you need Location access to highway great management and at very good price The thing I most appreciate is the interior plan of the apartment and the availability of A LOT of storage space Definitely a 5star complex
